Well if you have if you have verified income you can go to MSC and they have programs to help pay deposit on apartment. .. if you don't have income and on G.R. / FOODSTAMPS you can ask about star program to help with housing. . However, you need a case worker because too many issues can prevent housing like drug abuse , Alcohlicism or untreated mental illness. .. women can find shelters easier than men ... furthermore, we all need to support ourselves as best we can because if you help your self you can tell all these people at agency to kiss my .... good luck and just be honest with yourself because only you can care for yourself. .. 😇

Catholic charities / Project Achieve have beds for men and women in their facility. I know for a fact that there are upwards of 40 Beds on the mens side. As for the women's side I would dare to guess 15-20 beds. It is an adult only facility. As far as programs go they have volunteers come in and share, addressing various issues such as spirituality and addictions.
Get in line at 8am with your ID, then I believe you fill out a form so they can have your name in their database. After that get your food. Also you can ask them what other services they offer like the clothing giveaway, job resources, etc.
