If under warranty its free, if uts aimething of age they do have refubushed tools or replace them with new. The cost depends on the tool.
If the tools / batteries are still under warranty, it's free. They can also tell you if they, tool and or batteries, are under warranty by looking at the serial number.
You can get the batteries a lot Cheaper from Amazon , unless you're are under warranty. If more than 2 years old , buy new batteries from Amazon. If less than 2 years try to find your receipt. That you will need to try to get warranty repair .
That depends on if the tool is still under the factory warranty. If it is then there will be little to no cost to you. If the tool is out of warranty then you will be responsible for parts and labor.
