Funny but, I have always had my tools back in 5 to 15mins when I bring them to a Milwaukee Sales and Repair Store. Could be because I only purchase Milwaukee Tools directly from Milwaukee Tools?
About a week or so. If it's under warranty.

I would call and havw them track it down, my sawzall only took a couple of weeks
I got mine back in 2 weeks. You should go I and ask about it. They can run a tracking number. If it's been lost their pretty good about replacing items.
