Honestly . I love milwaukee products but customer service was garbage. I was on the phone with a lady and she couldn't find the part number. She kept telling me she was almost off work and that the payment system was down. So I just wanted the part number so I can order it tomorrow. She put me on hold then the hold went to voice mail and hung up...

Great service and always done right. There prices are in line with other repair shops in the area. If the tool is within the warranty period they take care of it with out having to ask. I take all my Wilwaukee tools there and would recommend there services anytime. Great place to buy tools also.

Just purchased a full line of Milwaukee M18 cordless tools from my rep Hannah Turner out of AZ , she knows her tools ! Looking forward to using these tools ! Going cordless will save time , money and keep the job site clear of trip hazards. Milwaukee has a great deal going on with there M18 line .. Get em and get dirty

Go to Ganahl or Homeless Despot if you want the CHEAPER Home Owner Model. IF you want to choose between the PROFESSIONAL GRADE and Home Owner grade of tools the GO TO A MILWAUKEE TOOLS AND REPAIR CENTER! So just depends on what you are using to tool for....?

Funny but, I have always had my tools back in 5 to 15mins when I bring them to a Milwaukee Sales and Repair Store. Could be because I only purchase Milwaukee Tools directly from Milwaukee Tools?

No they don't And when you ask them for a tool price, they give you the retail price, so if you go home Depot or somewhere else, you can get better price, this place is just a tool service place.

Yes. They sell it all. Shop is on magnolia and la palma.
Some stuff is up to 5 years, but even so, if the break is your fault, then you have to cover it. But you should buy fuel in the future, better than standard Milwaukee.

Non-electric hand tools have lifetime warranty. They will give you new one!

Yes you can send or take your tool to the Milwaukee tool center in Anaheim, on magnolia. Between LaPalma and the 5 fwy. But they dont work on them there . It gets sent to Olive Branch Mississippi where all repairs ate done . Depending on how old your tool is and what's wrong they might just swap it out with a replacement. But that's after it goes to Mississippi. About 1-1/2 to 2 weeks
You know what they say...if you have to ask.....just kidding ...I use a 12 volt light not sure if it's the 700 lumens ...but it is so worth it bright long battery life ...FYI .. Milwaukee warranty rocks ...best I've ever seen... just buy it...

If under warranty its free, if uts aimething of age they do have refubushed tools or replace them with new. The cost depends on the tool.
