So far not bad. A tad slower than I want but they move a lof of cars in and out. Better than Haddad in Bako
When our RAM truck was brand new we took it in for a bed liner. The truck had absolutely no scratches, dents, marks etc on it when we dropped it off. When we picked it up there were HUGE scratches, and gouge marks on the doors and top of tge cab, like someone took a key or screwdriver and just walked along marking and scratching my truck. We went straight to Bob Crown after talking with several of the minions around there and getting no response. Finally after about a month we got our truck back, but they had to repaint all the damaged areas, plus replace all the door decals that they damaged. I am not a fan of Crown Dodge at all.
I had the same issue twice I went in and they said it was the battery last time I took it in they said yeah bring it in Monday morning as early as you can I got there at 9 waited till 1030 because they were trying to get all the oil changes in be for me once they finally got around to me they said yeah Its probably the battery just buy a new one other wise I'll have to charge you 100 dollars to tell you it's your battery since the problem does not always happen I couldn't show him 3 days later it started happening again now I have to take time out of my day again to take it back.
Not sure yet, have not taken vehicle in for oil change yet. Will be watching to make sure nothing else happens
They take a while to get things done. But they don't tell you specifically what it is they do after servicing. They are so paranoid about surveys. Becuase if it's not too notch they will call you ask you to please change it so someone doesn't get fired and that they will have you bring it back in for service but not truly fix the problem or explain. I personally wont be going back. To frustrating not worth it. I would go to another that takes the warranty.
I had warranty work and had a ten o click appointment. Wasnt done until the next day at noon, and that was with prodding. Not impressed
They cracked my bumper. After a oil change, and didn't want to fix it until I called my lawyer and and spoke to a higher manager, very sad, and still didn't replace my bumper, they did cosmetic repairs... I bet if Mr. Crown found out it'll be different but that's what I experienced
I've had a lot of problems with crown dodge service over all. My warranty issue took over 3 weeks to be completed. A.if your lucky enough to get Johnny as your service writer you'll be ok. Other than him its like Mr toads wild ride.
Idk each person has a different experience.. mine wasn't bad not sure if part will work yet, everyone was nice though said few days but it was about a week i have a p.o.s car nothing new or even used or pirch from them so i cant say
