This is a bad review please check my other reviews almost 2 million views it's really hard for me to do a bad review. I've never been satisfied with this Dodge dealership. They're the only game in town though so you don't have any choice. I once took my truck in there and they had it for a week before they even looked at it and then they had it for another 2 weeks and gave it back to me with the air conditioning not working. In the middle of the summer. They don't check anything. My best friend just took his work truck to have some regular service done. When he picked it up he went to drive home and the thing was doing like 4,000 RPM it wouldn't shift gears. They didn't test drive it obviously. I've been a technician at Toyota Honda Chevrolet and several other Independents I can't comprehend a place that can stay in business with this kind of service. Eventually they do get it right that's the only good thing I can say.

Crown went above and beyond my expectations. Sergio and Bob were knowledgeable respectfull and masters of there trade. Multiple dealers made me feel like what I wanted wasn’t possible and sent me away in a unprofessional fashion in my opinion. Crown dodge not only made my wants a reality but was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Crown Dodge I look forward to our relationship in the future.

I recently purchased a Jeep here and Aaron lane was the salesman in charge. He was very helpful from the beginning to the end. In the the world of car sales where everyone tries to hustle, he was a breath of fresh air and tried his best to get us a good deal without any BS. I would give him 10 stars if I could and the 4 stars are because if him. There was also the finance guy Eden who was very pleasant and helpful. The reason I’m lowering the rating to 4 stars is because I asked them specifically not to run my credit since they were not going to be providing my loan and did not need to run it. When I asked them if they had run my credit or not I did not get a straight answer and kind of got passed around by saying I did not but I don’t know if they( the mysterious they !!!!) did. I still don’t know if they did or did not. Anyways, Thank you Aaron.

I was just there last night with my husband, Samuel Mata was the one who helped us out. He was amazing! Was very professional and such a humble person. Everyone there was amazing and respectful. So If your trying to buy or trade in your car Samuel is the person to go to. I will be going back there in the future. And I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
