My car was stolen from my driveway at 4:00 PM today. I see on ring video what happened. Trying to report. Van Nuys PD not picking up phone for 2 hours. Is there place to leave message and get a call back? Something else I should do? Thank you

Good luck with that my motorcycle was stolen in front of my apartment I've seen the guy riding around with my motorcycle and when I call 911 they tell me to leave him alone lol 😆 is like no hope for getting it back
