I know how disappointing this can be. Mine did. Do you have the dpss app? You could also go online and see if you missed a document or an interview that prevented you from receiving your benefits. A worker told me if you'd like to get a faster reply call them between 8-9am. If all fails you will have to go and talk to your worker in person to resolve the issue.
