Go to information desk in the front, have with you your case# to identify who you are, they will call your worker, don't wait longer than 30 min. before you ask" Does my worker know I am waiting"? You will get a voucher, and you pay $8 at DMV, be prepared to wait a long time if you go to L.A office (3 hours wait limit) but it is worth it, if you have Certified Service Dog, bring it and you will be ok with wait! Must be Certified though, that's it Good Luck
If u don't have appointment then u will have to wait to be called on then ask a worker at the window.
