Hello, is the park closed in the evening? What time? How much time do you advice to spend in the park? (I have a lot to see in California). How big and old is the bigest trees in your park in comparison with G.Sherman? Thank you for your answer

Honestly you can easily do it in two hours and have a great time - up to you if you want to do additional trails

You could spend entire day hiking trails and site seeing I would say 3 hrs minimum. Just a heads up buy parking in advance there are signs that say stop here to purchase parking online with your cell phone as there is no service once you get near the park

Considering gen Sherman the biggest tree is half or less, the park is very nice!

Also depends on how much walking of trails vs just looking up you want to do. 3-4 hrs is good

When I was there they closed at 7 pm. We were there for HOURS you think you can make it quick but you just want to keep seeing more. It's all up to you how much time to spend, but budget a few hours to get most of it in.

It does close in the evening. I'd plan on spending 3-4 hours in the park.
