Do i have to make an appointment. I have a daughter and shes in the middle of transgendering. How does this program work???

I recommend that you make an appointment first; it will probably expedite the process plus it will help determining who will best take care of your particular needs. I have been a client there since 1999 and have always received great service.

You can make an appointment, but it's not necessary. My partner needed a lot of services and within a couple of days he started receiving some of those services. Some services do take longer than others but it's been about 2 months and they covered all that he needed. After you register they'll start giving you appointments for the services you need.

They do accept walk-ins , but I would make an appointment to be seen in a timely manner.
