I see that the ACLU is like other online lawyers. You have to pay a “refundable” fee to get help online even if you’ve paid a membership fee. I tried the online route because leaving a telephone message didn’t work.

I own property in south central L.A, thanks to the ACLU, more of my tenants are leaving because they oppose any kind of police presence there. Thanks a lot guys for screwing up an improvement.

Sorry, no se....

Why can the TSA open checked luggage without the person present. Twice I have had my luggage opened by removing the lock and had my clean pressed clothes just thrown back in the suitcase. I had nothing in my cases which they would deem unfit.

Because these are administrative searches. When you purchase a flight one might not always read the fine print. It is published on the TSA website also. It is more of an inconvenience than a violation. Administrative searches are those that you are subjected to “IF” you want to fly. If you don’t want your bag checked to can use another form of transportation.

I am an alien resident and have been for decades, I have banked with BofA for decades and I am wondering why all of a sudden I am asked about my citizenship (ie immigration status) which shouldn't be of any concern to them.

I am a working person with chronic pain, not an addict. Pharmacists will either refuse to fill a prescription or make me jump through hoops to get pain meds. Why do pharmacists have the power to discriminate against people with chronic pain?

Shaun Oviatt | Aug 24, 2018
Jennifer | Aug 24, 2018

Set a schedule with the doctor to go to routine and regular visits to get your prescriptions refilled. They get paid for every visit and it also helps regulate prescription drugs. It might be a nuisance or you can try a holistic way. But that’s pretty much the way it goes even if it’s just your thyroid or something simple like that
