This was my first time here and 100% will be my last. I came in for a femanine health issue and was seen by two separate people (Kristi & Tarra) on two separate visits. I had to come for a second visit because my issue wasn’t taken care of on the first (later on I find out that it wasn’t taken care of on the second visit either). After taking 2 antibiotics and still having issues, I went to my primary OB. My primary was baffled at the answers I got from the people at this urgent care. The people here are truly incompetent and offered absolutely no assistance in my situation. This issue could have put me in the hospital and Dr. Jon’s personnel did not seem to care nor did I get an apology for any of my wasted visits. I will absolutely never be back, do not go here!!!!

Same day appointments are encouraged but not mandatory. The advantage of appointments is that those with appointments get first priority. Although walk in patients are welcome, sometimes the wait can be long.
No, We usually refer that to a general surgeon. Sometimes though an external hemorrhoid gets a blood clot in it which can be quite painful. That is called a thrombosed external hemorrhoid. In that case we can open it up to drain the clot to help relieve the pain. That is fairly uncommon though.
Did you Google search dr Jon's urgent care hours? Also if they are open today They should open at eight. Oh I just saw they were closed on Christmas day but open 8 to 8 Mon through Saturday closed on sundays.
Yes! We take almost all insurances, and have a discounted cash policy for those who don't have insurance.
Unfortunately, no. For routine vaccinations we generally recommend one of the local pediatricians or the health department on Commonwealth Boulevard in Martinsville. Phone 276 638-2311 for an appointment.
