Beautiful homes but a bit pricy Nice staff

If the finish work on our home is anything like the structural stuff I can’t see, I have cause to be pretty worried. I’ve only lived in my new home for one month. I though this would have been fixed during punchlist…. The home is fine overall. It’s a decent “value home”, but the finish work on this was awful. It shows a serious lack of attention to detail and sloppiness throughout the house. To make matters worse, they got the color of our interior walls completely wrong throughout the entire house, and got the trim wrong as well. Ideally I’d like to have the entire house repainted and re finished after this botch job. Even the shower in impossible to turn on without getting soaked. Who builds a house like that? I purchased this through Premier Homes of the Carolinas in Arden, NC. If I could do it over again I would have gone stick built or gone with a different manufacturer. These are just a few pictures from just my bathroom. To show the sloppiness throughout the entire house would take an entire album. I wish this could be made right.
