What is the adoption fee for kittens and can you adopt a kitten at any week old, or do you have to wait a few weeks until they're older. Also, if you have to wait, am I able to ask them if they can hold onto them and keep people from adopting them?

There can be a waiting line for the most popular animals. Not reasonable to expect for them to hold while others are ready to take animal home as soon as possible.
