No. This would require new suspension, possibly a new differential, a fly gear, an alt steering cervo etc. There's no easy answer here. If you want to fix your ride frequently, sure, just throw some new tires on there. Otherwise, do some research and know your build. This is my hobby, there are many like it, but this one is mine.
