Mesa Garage Doors takes their time for an estimate. They second guess you with irritating e-mails about your being there after the set time has already been made. They don't trust you. They sent someone out to second guess the estimate to try and add on something you didn't want and never came to the door to ask any questions. Then results in no one showing up on time on the installation date. Then wanted to reschedual the following week. After all the time they wasted the doors could have been installed and done.We canceled and got someone who cared.Steve LaVine
I am going through the exact problem... I ordered two very expensive door almost 3 months ago. They missed their install date but could not give me a reason why. I called numerous times and got the run around. It’s like no one in the installation department is competent. After numerous phone calls they finally told me that my doors have not been ordered because I did not approve the worksheet. The approval did happen and I had record of it. Then they said that the quote was not accurate and that if I still want to place the order it was going to cost significantly more. The sales manager didn’t even care that they messed up my order and only offered to send back my 50% deposit. I cannot believe how incompetent they are and they don’t care about it. If this was my company, I would look long at hard at what’s going on internally.
Yes, I had an appointment, just for an estimate, and mine was canceled also
