Don’t recommend. When you’re interested in getting a garage door, this company comes to your house right away, even offers to install early as the next weekend. After you have it installed it & it stops working 3 months later, to simply request someone to come out to check it requires a 30-45 minute phone call. Then they’ll call you & say “oh we can’t make it on your scheduled day bc *we won’t be in the area*” Sorry it’s such an inconvenience to come to my house when it comes to repairs but selling me the garage door was no problem at all. It wasn’t a problem when selling me the garage and coming to install it. Multiple companies can sell you a garage door at the same price if not better & theyll 100% have better service. Don’t make my mistake.

They did a great job. Ran into an issue after installation. Top panels not as we ordered it but Mesa took care of the problem and re-ordered replacements. Doors look great! Very pleased.

Terrible experience. Kind of bait-and-switchy. The salesman made a huge deal about how they make their own doors so they weren't having the same delays as other vendors, that they'd be putting in my door 2 1/2 weeks from the day he came out to give an estimate. Well, a week later (after the cancellation period for the downpayment had expired) they sent out some other guy to re-measure all the same stuff - they never said anything about that happening. This guy said he wasn't sure if they were going to hit that original estimate, but he'd get back to me in a day. A week goes by, my messages ignored, and I get an email from the Mesa office telling me my installation won't happen for another 3 months! The email told me to take it up with the sales guy if I had any concerns. He, of course, acted so surprised and promised to get back to me right away once he sorted it out. That was the last I heard from him, of course. Now I'm faced with waiting all Summer or losing a couple hundred bucks of my deposit. Maybe they make great doors and install them well, but there have to be better options that spending a lot of money for the privilege of chasing down people and the stress of being lied to.

First appointment they were on time and quickly did their measurements and photo taking. Right away gave me their best deal they were advertising. For the installation appointment they were also on time and got the job done very quickly. Got rid of the old and put in the new. He explained to us how to use the new door. Also on using the app. This is the second time using them for complete new install and have had 0 issues. I would definitely recommend them.
