Oakland Paramount it's a good theater I went there to see Cedric the Entertainer he was really really good his opening acts was really really funny some opening acts are not funny but these two guys was really really good the only thing is the Paramount drinks cost too much I advise you to drink before you go get your buzz on but other than that you will have fun
Oakland Marriott City Center but you could also enjoy the ones near by at Jack London square estuary. One of the best Waterfront Plaza hotel. The ferry for San Francisco is near as well as great eating.
