There is not a public elevator. The building is historic and cannot be retrofitted with one.
There is no elevator at the Paramount....I've been going here since 1977 from the Nutcracker Ballet to 4 + concerts/yr, they advertise 'no elevator'.....I've had to walk up a couple flights of stairs with a knee brace ... Have never seen one, nor been offered to use one with a serious knee injury with a noticeable knee brace showing! I don't think this is any way to treat someone who has been attending ballets & concerts for 50+years! So, what's up with that Mgt at Paramount? Or did my usher not know?
