Most units in mobile home parks are individually owned. So the rent would be based on the owners needs.
The monthly rent varies depending on how long you have lived here. And the rent does go up every year. If you purchase the lot/land of your home there is no more space rent. If you decide to move here you are required to buy the lot/land.

Over a 1,000 like 12 to1,400 a month. As long as the homes that are new sell it will make the other homes go up! Good or bad?
