I have been calling nearly every single day and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I’m trying to speak with someone regarding the move out process. For the amount of money we pay in rent, this place is run terribly. I have lived in numerous apartment complexes - in both Nashville and San Diego & have never had such a hard time contacting a leasing office. I recommend living somewhere else.

Update: It is nearly impossible to get ahold of management. I have called, and shown up in person, and email and can not get ahold of anyone about the process to move out. For over a year, the leasing office has never once answered the phone when I call. Currently sitting in lobby at The Alamitos along with four other people waiting for the leasing agent to show up. Original: The building has a bike storage room that requires a key fob for access. Our bikes, along with the bikes if several other residents, had the locks cut and were stolen out of the secure room. At least ten bikes were stolen out of the secure room at the same time. There is a security camera in the room but the management company refused to let us see the footage or share the keycard access log. I was told by the management that they would share the footage with the police, but after receiving a copy of the police report no effort was ever made by the management to review the footage. I like the apartment and the location but so disappointed by the lack of help from the management.

I don’t feel safe We moved to The Linden Apartments in December 2020. We were pretty happy with our new residence until May when our bikes got stolen from the “secure” bike storage room. We were overseas and it wasn’t until we arrived when we found out that our bikes were gone. We spent a decent amount of money buying good locks and chains, so they had to sawcut them…It wasn’t an easy/quick job! Despite the managers knew that a series of attempts happened during the previous days (they mentioned it when we contacted them to understand what happened), they did not alert or notify us about the situation. This was pretty disappointing. Clearly if we knew what was going on we could have asked one of our neighbors to take our bikes, that would’ve safe us a few thousands of dollars. On top of it, the managers said they were not going to pay for anything. The same happened a few weeks later, another break in and more bikes got stolen. Ever since we’ve experienced several break ins, the most recent one happened yesterday 11/28. Someone pushed up one of the garage doors, entered the building and caused damaged to several cars. Honestly I don’t feel safe here anymore. I just hope the managers take action, make us feel safe again and pay for all the damages and stolen items.

During a pandemic, I'm told I must purchase a new parking garage RF ID tag... for $75. It's a piece of thin cardboard with the RF ID sticker stuck to it, maybe worth 25¢. Due to what the piece is, my current one is lost inside the vanity mirror of my car. I was expected to remove my mirror to fish a piece of paper out of it It's been working less and less as I drive into the garage. Today it stopped. This is price gouging, in my personal opinion. $25-35 would be fair to avoid abuse. $75 is only to make an extreme profit. Also, not only am I being charged. I have to wait an hour to park my vehicle in the spot included in the monthly rent I have paid in full. Up until today, I felt the management was fair and friendly in their decisions.
