I'm on a list for the 90 day housing program. Very eager to get in have heard all good things about hillcrest.

I have a good friend who was given a car through Hillcrest over 4 months ago, but they still have not actually "given" her the car. This is a 90 day program (3 months). It should not take longer than the length of a person's time in the program to process paperwork for donated cars. A person that comes to Hillcrest is in dire need of immediate help to change their lives; a donated car is a big step in making said changes. My friend was so excited and thankful when she received the news that she was the recipient of a donated car, now 4 months later she's still waiting to receive it. She even reached out to the President of Hillcrest months ago, still waiting. Please look into the vehicle donation process.

People in the LS office are impossible to reach! No one returns voicemails. Our organization sponsors an apartment in Lee's Summit, and we are all frustrated with the present office manager, Vanessa. A change in this location is necessary!
