(PINE VILLAGE. LAS VEGAS NV) Went in to inquire about a $5.33 overcharge. Staff said they were on lunch break. It was 1:33pm. I asked how long they said til 2:45pm. Since I'm disabled I am unable to make multiple trips back and forth so i said I would sit and wait outside, no big deal. As I was the lady called security on me. They came and left realizing I was just quietly waiting outside. Then the lady inside called security again cause I was still there. I never once raised my voice or anything. I'm a tenant who uses a walking cane to get around. Seriously the staff would rather intimidate tenants than talk directly to them in a civil manner

When we first moved in, 2013 things were ok with the shootings and fights because it wasn't towards us but since then starting last year apartment 1074 happened at Hacienda Hills Apartments , North Las Vegas, Nevada. They have been a nightmare, it is alleged they have slashed our tires, they have seven vehicles on property, taking all of our resident parking, management ignores us saying they will enforce parking however they do not, the apartment has nine people living inside their children run up to our patio and steal our packages from Amazon, their guests harass me and challenge to fight me, our Security does not enforce parking and are non existent the local police should build a substation on property, intoxicated persons hang out on our stairway yelling and staggering. Flash forward 2022 we had a fraudulent lease violation left on our door by Omar and Marisol at Westland Real Estate, of an invincible pet, due to us not owning a pet however I obtained photos of three possible pets they were talking about, roaming Hacienda Hills unsupervised every morning. Once I told the Office they singled us out and gave a harassing violation notice with out evidence of a pet they told me disregard the notice. They were asked to announce their visits which they ignored, I asked for Ruth Garcia number, they have not given it because they know that Garcia is all of their bosses.

this is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. you can not get a single person on the phone. when they’re open - nobody is there. Illegitimate business hours. I’ve attempted to call my property manager dozens of times. I’ve also attempted to call corporate. there’s multiples means of communication; as in multiple phone numbers to call, and every single time you call they’re “not open” you get a voicemail box. this is insane! customer service is terrible. seems as if this company only cares about the money, and not the residents/units within the properties they own. beware.

I have some issues and concerns that I am trying to communicate to the appropriate departments and after reading all your reviews I see I’m not the only person who has had a horrible experience with Westland. I have reached out to marketing with the email they continue to provide to everyone else below me so let’s see if they actually respond. I will keep everyone update here.
