On July 12th , 2022 Jack has went above and beyond to make sure my car was able to be jump started and he was quick fast and convienent. I would recommend this place because not only are the prices resonable, the workers are really friendly! I really appreciate this towing company for coming to the rescue and im glad you guys have Jack as as a member of the team, Thank you so much Jack!

Do NOT utilize these people for anything. On two separate occasions they told my car to the wrong dealership. When I asked them why, he said we weren't sure where to take it so we took it there. Gee, idk...maybe ASK?

When they sent Long Beach tow to my rescue, I couldn’t even believe how professional and easy the transition was. My BMW i3 was literally Brain dead and was not able to unlock or move. When Jack arrived, he handled the business w/ no questions asked! Introduced himself and took care of business ASAP. If there was any way to send this man a million thanks, most definitely needs to be recognized for the work he puts out. Most definitely going to make sure we call him again in the future to get the job done!!!! Thank you Jack and Long Beach Tow.

Car was stolen and had the battery stolen as well. THEY WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO INSTALL MY OWN BATTERY!! they forced me to get a tow take out of impound so I can install a battery!! And even tho my car was stolen and I had a police report. They still charged me for the impound!!
