The absolute worst customer service and the rudest people answering the phones. They don’t stand behind their product. I’m going back to Leer products. The hell with Snugtop

Was talked out of buying a Leer, Truck Canopy Cover by an All American Truck and SUV salesman. Told how great Snugtop Canopy covers were. Now told, not so anymore! The first rain storm after installation the front window leaked, it rains a lot in Oregon. Stopped by All American, the window was defective and covered under warranty, 1 month after installation, 1st rain storm! Ordered new window. Suppose to be done by mid Nov last year. Called and sent emails to Snugtop, Called All American, same story due to Covid, moved, new location, ship in 2 weeks. Then I found the warranty reviews, they are BAD! Now end of March 2022 parts not available for warranty work. New tops are being made and sold. No replacement parts. All American Truck and SUV still sells the tops, knowing replacement warranty items are not available. Do not buy Snugtop products or products from All American Truck And SUV. The company knowing sells a product with no warranty items coverage.

Closing the side window it shattered. Not a good feature. I must go through a local dealer to replace the window. I have tried two dealers. Snugtop weekly delivery truck has multiple times failed to have the window put on and multiple times the truck fails to arrive at the dealers. They once sent the wrong window. So still waiting months for the window I paid for.

I ordered a top fro Mid America truck tops 13 weeks ago. Was told it would be 9-11 weeks, which I think is ridiculous to begin with, but at 13 now and called Mid America and they say they spoke to Snugtop and we are still 3-4 out! Called Snugtop to verify I have an order in and they will not do that, have to go back to dealer. Doesn’t make much sense to me it would take that long, of course the pandemic is to blame! Not a happy camper, pun intended!
