It was busy when we arrived. We signed in and sat down and waited and waited. I thought I heard my name being called but wasn't sure and someone else jumped up so I thought it was a different name they called. We sat and waited some more they started taking other names and I got up and asked when my name would be called and he told me he already called it and would add me to the list. Not I am sorry we will get to you next, we will add you to the list. We left without being helped. Not happy!

Hi Pam. If the phone is dead, you won't be able to track it if it moved from where it was when last powered on. But, if you can track the last recorded location, and it shows it at your house, at least you will know you will recover your phone. Log into your home computer and go on to find my phone app, and you may be able to get the history of where it was last, before the phone shut down. Hope this helps. I'm really sorry that this happened, I know it can be very stressful. Try not to let it get ya down. 🙏

As long as you can program your set. I think they like to be sure your connection to the control box actually gives you the best results. Best to let them come out. I did.

Yes, I canceled the cable and bumped up the internet with a cable modem and NetGear 900 router. I went with Roku sticks and signed up with Sling. Watch everything I want to for about $95 A month plus super fast internet.
For something like this I would strongly recommend contacting Comcast directly.
You can suspend services for up to 6 months. however its better to ask this question to Comcast not google as they are not connected
