They were so short staffed they were only taking orders inside no drive-thru orders. They were so nice even though they were going 100mph trying to help everyone. People really need to get off there butts and go back to work.

The food was standard Arby's food. It took a while to get our order, probably a total of 15 minutes in the drive through, and they forgot our soda but were quick to fix the issue. The staff at the drive through were nice..

As far as COVID safety practices I didn't observe anything over the top or lacking.
Arby,s was established in July 23 1964 so it's possible you both arrived in lakeland at the same time.
