The old guy is rude and unprofessional. He does not know how to communicate in a professional way. LBC should give a training to their employees on customer relation and communication.
I usually use the one in Eagle Rock. but since pandemic I had to go to Vermont. I have to agree with you..the guy is rude. he said they were close but it's 2 hrs prior. and I told him your 800 number from regional says 6pm. so im not sure if he makes his own time. I have yet to call and complain about this Location.
