Best thing to happen. Easy to get packages from Amazon. They validate your parking for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Too bad service because the staff only scan your QR code after you have issues with scanning the QR code with the locker. It really needs to scan first at the counter, which really lower the effienciency.

A great location in USC Village. You can street park and pay the meter or park free for an hour at USC Village parking garage off of Hoover with validation. Go toward Target/Trader Joe's. Once in the garage you got to ride the elevator to the 1st floor. Once you're back on the 1st level, you'll see an Amazon sign kind of next to Trader Joe's. It's a full brick and mortar location with Amazon lockers. It's clean and well kept. Processes can be confusing whatever you do if it's the first time, but somebody is there to help if you have questions. I dropped off a return and it was fast and the employee was helpful.

Great spot to drop off your Amazon returns, I just wish there was a designated temporary parking for it. It’s close to being mainly a self serve spot but if the return label isn’t scanning right or there are problems, the worker will help you.

You will get your code when Amazon emails you that they have delivered your package at the locker.
Hello Rodolfo, Yes! You can sign on to the kiosk and print out any label you need, and we also have shipping supplies!
Amazon should email you when your stuff has arrived. You will have the choice of using the code or scanning the barcode of your code. Either one will open your locker.

I'm not aware of any parking address. But it's street parking and underground parking by the Target which is in the same area. Hope that helps!

No it's not that kind of a locker. It's used to hold a package ( when you order through Amazon)until you arrive to pick it up.

Yep, No ID required. Just pull up your email that has the pick up code. There's a screen by the lockers on the wall. Just input your info and code and a locker will automatically open. See my review for info on parking.

They don't sell boxes, but there are bags and bubble wraps for free.
It took like 2 days. It wasn't long. But it was considered a return right away so my replacement item was sent the next day, before mine even got there.
Pickup locations like Amazon@USCVillage hold packages for 15 days before sending them back. Independent lockers, like the ones at Whole Foods etc, hold packages for 3 days.
They close @ 9 pm. Your package might get delivered earlier today or you'll just have to get it on Monday.
