WARNING, DO NOT HAND BOXES TO THE ATTENDANT UNLESS YOU HAVE TAPED IT SEALED. My return was not registered and disappeared from the face of the earth. In a hurry I had my return code scanned and the attendant print out and affixed it on the my return,, then he took my unsealed box and I left. Later I found out there's no record of my return. It was a non-functional fire tablet ,,, but Amazon customer service was great and refunded me after I had to talk to a live representative ,,,

Dear customers, as a customer myself, i have been tricked and my package was literally “stolen” by this location employee. I had a package and because it was too heavy, i parked in the back parking lot , the amazon employee picked up the package and told me he will handle the rest without giving me any receipt or proof for my drop off and was waiting for the email they told me i will receive in the next 2 days after drop off. Long story short after i came back to this location a few hours ago and asked for some answers they refused to look at my returning label , to check the system or to identify themselves.

Yes she can, as long as she has a return label on it or you know her login info to print out the return label you should be fine.
I always find a spot. Or double park. There is an area for delivery in front for Ups and FedEx, just use it. Have not had any problems. Or print a sign in large letters AMAZON DELIVERY and put in the window just as couriers do.
Free pack, just bring the package
I think they have
In front of the store on the street
They close at 9 I'm sure if it arrives before 9 you could pick it up same day
Both... "shOp v shIp" You can pickup (is a really cool alternative for same day/1 day shipping if your address does not provide). I use this location for same day deliveries all the time. As far as shipping is concerned, this location is my preferred. They have everything, yes everything you need to ship your item back to Amazon. In fact, most items do not need a box just the barcode for each return. The employees here are college studs that are laidback, so even if you don't have what you need to ship, they wull help you out. Its a superkool joint If you want to "SHOP" here, then the answer is NO. This is not a place to ShOp. It is a place to ShIp
Yes
I don't think so, no
Just standard ID, our the credit card you used. No hassle here.
They have supplies there and I suggest using the same packaging used when your order was shipped.
Yes, you can return the item without it's original box, without any problem.
Yes they print all type of return labels. Just show them the barcode...
Yes.Thats what they do.
There is curb side parking, UCLA is closed, good Chace you'll get a space, once school starts, it'll be hard to get space, better go with someone so you can park in red for few minutes.
Whenever it says "Delivered". They are open from 9 am to 9 pm
Ask from the seller, if seller allows or accepts then it's okay
That's a question to ask Amazon
No.
Im not sure definitely not the one in the westfield mall. Usually they have many locations and whichever you feel is most convenient for you
No, they do not provide free packing supplies.
Yes
The hub opens at 9am sat.
No, not here. This is a shipping and receiving center for Amazon.
9am
3 days per Amazon policy
It's Your refund probably. Spend it!
Usually park right outside. Usually has tape there too btw.
Yeah shouldn't be an issue, call them ahead as their policies change
Unfortunately you will need to use meter parking or pay at the parking lot. It's horrible for this reason unless your on foot. I would suggest any other location if you are not in walking distance or taking a Lyft.
I've not seen boxes for sale but have seen people use boxes from the box recycle containers under the table side facing the lockers.
You get a text that gives you the time and the access information.
Only street metered street parking. No lot or designated spots
There are printers at the location
Yes you can bring the return item to the counter, just have the bar code for the return slip. They will print the return slip for you. They also have all of the packing materials needed.
I would try it if the site/app let's you set Westwood as a pickup location. They have a storage area in the back and I've seen people recieving "larger" items from the staff. They're are some item Amazon sells that are NOT eligible for in-store pickup.
