It was my first time using their service and it wasn't good. The lady staff and the guy was sooo rude. I think they hate their job! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS BRANCH! I should have used JohnnyAir Cargo across the street.

Oh I always send package to the Philippines but there was a new lady at their office. This lady is kinda rude. She keeps on telling us that the product I bought is not good since I bought it from amazon. She said the product I bought is cheapy one. And she keeps on giving advice where to buy and where to get it. I cant believe you LBC employees were not so trained. They all know that we came to LBC to ship goods to the Philippines and not for interview or asking advice from them.. that lady with the big mouth can you let her shut up.. I just like old kuya at the lbc he was nice and funny but the very brown lady and fat lady. She is so rude. I dont like her when it to unprofessionalism. #trainheragain

The old guy is rude and unprofessional. He does not know how to communicate in a professional way. LBC should give a training to their employees on customer relation and communication.
