I inquired about a quote for moving from Las Vegas to Maui and they didn’t provide me a quote online or through email. Then they proceeded to call me multiple times a day everyday with an automated message of which to call them back to inquire about rates. I tried to call the number back and no one answered and the automated system advised to try again. I finally get an answer and the person who answered was not professional at all. Didn’t introduce himself or the company just asked how can I help you. I advised to remove my number because I felt like I was being harassed to call them back when they didn’t even give me a quote to begin with. He didn’t even want to hear about my experience he just said hey don’t talk to me like that and said he would remove my number from the list. I hope everyone thinks twice about doing business with this company because the way everything is run seems really sketchy to me.

I was surprised that the carrier didn't come closer to my location to pick up the car, having me travel about seven miles down to a interstate to meet the truck as well as having my son drive out to Denver aiport to get the car from his downtow Devner loacation. About 20 miles. Other that that it was a good experience. Richard Decof was very helpful in guiding me through gettng the car shipped and the Carrier delivered within the time period stated

I had an excellent experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport. I dealt with Richard, who worked hard to find a driver for me on extremely short notice. The transport driver was very professional and drove what looked to be a clean and well maintained rig. The driver actually showed up almost a whole day early, which was amazing. I have shipped a lot of cars over the years and usually once the driver is booked, you never hear from and can never get hold of the person that booked everything but Richard was available and responsive by phone and email through the entire process and even called me after the car was delivered to make sure everything worked out well. I will definitely use Direct Connect again.
