Best to go in person ....upstairs at the main lobby
Go to the theater where you lost. It can be the person who collects your ticket to get in. Go to the refreshment stand there is always someone.
You can always try going in person if they are not answering the phone
You may have to visit in person if they do not have a business ph number.
