When I start my case everything was easy simple. But when it was time to ask questions and to follow up on my case I have been calling for 2 weeks now and I cannot get anyone on the line I've been calling all kinds of numbers I've been leaving emails to whoever email is on file this is unacceptable I don't know who writes these reviewed but clearly it has to be someone that works there because they are not REAL they have terrible customer service there is no one ever around to assist you with your issues this is really unacceptable I will never use their services again now I have to start all over with someone new and I pray they are very helpful and have better customer service. Wow so disappointing. This is a scam please don't fall for it.

Posting this review for someone else. “Talked to someone regarding a case review and before I even told them any details of what I was experiencing, I was told they could not take my case because I’m still working at my company. No where does it say on their website that they only take cases regarding previous employers”

If I had read the other reviews before I called them I would have not used them. I didn’t know that a lot of other people only got $1000 despite their settlement. And I felt like they kept telling me that the check was coming and it took much longer than they said it would. But that’s my fault for not reading the reviews first so hopefully this review Will give other people looking what they wanted to know

If I could give zero stars I would ! I had the worse experience with this company bad communication never following up . You would have to contact them Multiple times to hear back . They are lazy !!! Once your case is just about wrapping up they would use any money rewarded to you and say all of it goes to there attorney fees and leave you with nothing … DONT DO IT . I’m warning you now …. I had such a bad experience with John Karimi and Gregory Gruszecki . Run far away if they are helping you out .. this your fair warning

I stopped working for Macys in August of 2016 and had atleast 20 hours of vacation time that were not paid out because it was explained that vacation time was "paid forward" a year in advance and since I was no longer an employee, I didn't qualify.

Happened to me. Basically it's a retest when you fail or if the results are a different temp than normal. This time they search you & personally watch you take the test again.

I dont understand why im not being responded to now after i took the settlement but havent recieved my check. And when i call to ask to speak with a supervisor they tell me they dont have one
