First and last time coming to this location, which is a shame because the staff inside were amazing but the women at the front desk were another story. From the moment I came in they didn’t say hello so I had to. I had an appointment scheduled by another (sister) location where they no longer offer x-rays. At that other site the staff has always been amazing, I’d been going there for the past 4 years so my expectation was the same or better about their front desk service. But no. First, despite having an appointment and knowing that their system had my referral form, they insisted me on submitting it by following a link they sent. But their website kept showing an error code when I’d try to send it. Finally, after having asked the receptionist (multiple times) if I could send it to an email, she said yes. To make matters worse, I needed to head to work an hour and a half from my appointment time and four people (who were not there before I got there) were called before me when I had arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment already. If it wouldn’t have been for my daughter, who made them notice, then I would have had to leave to go to work without having my x-ray done. Their attitude was as if they were doing a favor the whole time I was there, no people skills or manners. I’m only giving two stars because, again, the technician and his co-workers were wonderful as opposed to their front-desk co-workers.

Called in within 10 minutes of check in. Great start. Spacious waiting room-safe seating for everyone.Well ventilated and air conditioned. Before I forget, adequate parking And the front desk people were efficient and the technicians handling the test were courteous and so very professional All in all, a great visit/experience overall.

Went to the Olive Ave location for myself and took my son to the Riverside Dr location. Both locations are great!! Staff is beyond amazing and very friendly. The X-ray techs at both locations are very polite with awesome personalities. There was a guy being a jerk and entitled at the front counter but the employees remained calm and professional. Service was fast!!!

Super quick and efficient. I uploaded my documents through the link they sent me and when I arrived I only needed to show my ID. I got there 10 mins before my appointment. They called me in right on time! Girls at reception were knowledgeable and super nice. Tech was very gentle and pleasant.
