Horrible service! Hate to leave this review because the last time I came there was a black young man who was very helpful and welcomed walk-ins. The receptionist is the worst!. There was no one there. She said they only had one person working, but I heard two people working in the back helping people. We walked in and she would not allow the staff to help us. She said appointments were coming in. I asked if we could try tomorrow. She said it’ll be the same thing. Then she waddled to the back to tell one of the employee to come back her. He came out and said “We are closing for lunch and we aren’t taking walk-ins.” Mind you it’s 11:15. They close at 11:30 for lunch. He said if he took me he would have to work through his lunch. And if the 11:10 and 11:20 appointment came in he would have to take them and work through his lunch. By this time is 11:21 none of them showed. A white woman and Hispanic couple had walked in and they helped them right away, no appointments; no questions. They took 5 min to get them in and out. Go figure. But no black folks accommodations. Discriminatory establishment that should be shut down. I was there at 11. They could’ve helped us but declined. I called staples and they looked up their availability and told me they would be happy to get us in; something this incompetent receptionist and staff could’ve done but failed to.

The staff is rude and uninformed. Employees who think that they're doing the world a favor by being there are the worst kind of experience to suffer through when trying to conduct business. It's one thing to point out mistakes, but to not care and act dismissive is just disgusting.

Had an appointment. When I walked up I noticed a large crowd inside and out. Names are being called from the back cubicles but Noone has been to the front desk in the 20 minutes I have been here. No sign explaining anything. Noone to check me in. Customer service is nonexistent.

Showed up for my 4pm appointment and there were about ten people waiting outside with another five or six waiting inside. One of the people outside had been waiting for her 2:30 appointment since then. Why even have an appointment system if you can't keep it? I took time from work to drive all the way over here. Of course they don't have a phone number listed anywhere to call ahead and ask any questions. Yikes.
