Unless it's a party. You can do "paintball soft" which is set up especially for kids 7 and up. However since it is a special thing you have to book it as a party. Up to 12 kids, gun, mask, air, and 100 ball each is provided . They get about 3 games in , with private maps. It's like 350 or so . I take my daughter and her friends and they LOVE it , and have a blast every time.
Depends on the age of the kids, and the sensitivity. It stings a bit so the younger ones might not be super happy about getting shot. Pad them up and get proper protection for them and they'll have a blast
