The soccer field can only be used by the city and city team or activities during certain hours like from430pm to 8p.m. after that the gate is closed to the public. I know it sucks that public cannot utilize it in the day. Even sucks that the bathroom are not open to the public, bathroom only open during activities hours. Don't waste your thine goingthere for soccer practice w/your kids. If you are taking the kids to play outside the soccer field it's an ok park.
