Be prepared to know every single problem with your own tires before you get here. These guys are not going to check or look for you. You have to tell them exactly what to do, so hope you're a tire professional before you get there. And hope they want to work that day....

I wanted to take a moment to Thank Melissa for her excellent customer service skills and professionalism! My tire sizes are harder to find same day and she spent over 3 hours searching. I honestly thought she had forgotten about me because so many hours had passed but she kept checking companies and found them for me!
