We, my twin sister and I, went there mainly to get her pictures printed from her tablet and the lady, I think, her name was Caroline, was super helpful and patient in getting the prints done for my sister. We are older and not so tech savvy and she was terrific in getting those prints done. They were fairly busy, but we were satisfied with the customer service. I bought some clear tape and a package of photo paper and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and very helpful also and got me signed up for my rewards card.

Fort Wayne Indiana store next to fresh market of off Jefferson is a good Office Depot to buy office supplies at. Not to name names. But the young woman who helped me was genuinely nice and took an interest in my needs and saved me money..

Do-it-yourself copy machines old and not working properly - ten minute job took twenty five minutes requiring numerous interactions with employee. Employee was helpful. I just should not have had to have needed her assistance.
