I brought my Cats and Dogs to Dr. Park for years and received excellent care. Now that Dr. Park has retired, policies have changed and so has the service. They demanded an annual check up for a routine eye ointment for my cat that I could order on Chewy's. They refused to authorize my cat's medication unless I came into their clinic and spent my money there. I no longer support this veterinarian clinic and urge pet owners to look elsewhere for services.

My cat was a cat for another animal I had to take him in for surgery people knowledgeable friendly knew what they were talking about took care of the problem was able to pick him up after surgery the same day. If I had any complaint it's that they are just too busy... But they also have the best prices in town which probably attributes their extreme busyness...

The worst ,I waited for 2 hours and when I asked her what time am I gonna be seen?She responds we can’t give you a time .The lady needed to consider I’ve been out there for two hours , throw me a bone and say 10 min or 15 min. Something! I got there a bit early from my appointment time .But then after it was 1 hour after from the time I actually had my appointment. You would think at least consider two senior animals and take them into the back ,and not have them wait outside in the heat .🥵I would never recommend this place , you get what you pay for 🗑 TRASH SERVICE! If you love your animal ,and want to assure they are safe overall , take them elsewhere.

The worse service ever. Called to get quoted and scheduled for a headcount x-ray for 2 dogs. Was quoted over the phone for $90.50 for x-ray and $33.00 for required physical for each dog. On the day of the appointment they were charging me $214.00 for the x-ray per dog. More than double the original quote. Had to drive almost an hour and get off work early. Very bad customer service. They give wrong quotes to get customers to their office and then charge more the day of the appointment. They didn’t owned up for their mistake/unethical practice and said the $90.50 fee is for an ultra sound, but the lady confirmed my appointment was for an x-ray. When asked to confirm the quote with the employee who scheduled my appointment they said “Sunshine” was not in and she would not be in all week. Was offered to get a single side view for $110, what good is that for it would only do a partial count of the puppies.
