I had an awful experience here. First of all, the prices they have listed online isn’t what the car is actually selling for. Once you walk around the lot they’ll tell you that price is for cash purchases only. They overprice their cars over 10k grand asking price and apply a “dealers discount” to bring it down. So when you’re negotiating a price they include the “dealers discount” to make it seem like they’re doing you a favor. For example, they were trying to tell me a used 2019 Toyota CHR retails for $31k-$33k but they were willing to sell it to me for $28k? pending on my trade in value.. 😂 They also put mandatory additions such as anti-theft, paint protection, etc. into every single car on the lot, which ends up costing an additional few thousand dollars. They kept asking me how they can get our business that day- how about you start by being honest people? They ended up bringing in 5 different people to “negotiate” with us. Unfortunately for them I took my business to DCH Subaru in Riverside that didn’t do any of this funny business.

Great experience at first with sales rep! Not with finances, called back after a week to renegotiate a new contract! Horrible experience! Should not have come and waste my families time! 7 hours waiting wasted my families whole day! It was very unprofessional, never had this happen! Who in the right mind does this! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

Went for an oil change, and within the hour my vehicle was serviced. Very fast service unlike other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Rebecca was a friendly and communicative service advisor. I will definitely be a returning customer for my regular vehicle maintenance.
