If a person pass away and was the owner of the lease how do you tell the deal ship that that person has pass away and to have there name taking off of the car

Call finance company and have proof of death certificate or the equivalent

Are you willing to take over the lease or you just want the car give him back if you're willing to take over the lease you'll have to go to the DMV fill out the paperwork with proof of the death certificate talk to the finance company they'll run your credit and tell you if you are able to take over the lease if the person is blood and you want to turn the car in you may be responsible for the remainder of the lease but if you let the finance company know that the registered owner has passed they will tell you exactly what to do but if you want the persons name off the car completely you will have to assume the loan but if you want them off the title you will have to get the finance company to approve and get notarized paperwork from the DMV
