Never had a bad experience with their services. They take care of you. If you make an appointment, your experience goes by smoother. I drive an hour because I like the experience here than the Honda dealers closer to me.

Easily worst experience at a dealership. called 4 days in a row and left my name and phone number never received a call back, I’ve been calling at least 3 times a day and salesmen keep putting me on hold for periods longer than 20 mins. When I asked what was going on salesman replied “that’s what we do”. If I didn’t like the vehicle I purchased I would have walked out the moment they tried to sell me things I did not want. On top of all of this when I first purchased the vehicle I had my own financing and asked them not to run my credit again, they did the exact opposite and ran it 3 times. I really do not appreciate the way they run their business.

Walked in April 9 I asked them not to run my credit and they did it anyways when your trying to buy a house you take care of your credit and they didn’t listen so then I told them that they already ran my credit that they had to sell me a car that day. They told me I would have 2.99 apr they asked for a down when I didn’t want to give a down my credit score is excellent and with other purchases I have never gave a down. I have had the vehicle over 1 month no finance company payment was due I had to look for my finance they had put me with I was feed lies after lies they sold me products and have not yet installed and I’m going on 2 moths they also told me I was able to walk in to the Honda in my city to get these things done lies I’m so disappointed and I will never come back to this store worst decision of my life walking in to this place. let me add that I called to talk to manager and no answer keep being transferred never got to no one. I asked for a phone call back as of today I have not received that call 5 days away from it being 3 months.

I would recommend to shop elsewhere when looking for a new vehicle. My experience was as follows: I was told they weren't running my credit. I just wanted to see if we could make a deal before my credit was ran and I didn't want my credit to receive a hard inquiry. What did they do? They ran a hard inquiry. Great! Next and I'll just leave it at this... They actually tried to get me to pay $20k over MSRP. That's not a typo, 20K! 🤣🤣🤣 Good one!

Depending on your credit and income they will show you cars in the lot that you can choose from... I only had 2 choices and I loved both and my payments are low!
