I’ve been here now since late 2019 I can’t really say too many bad things about this building especially when it comes to the maintenance part of it I have never waited more than a day when I need work done especially maintenance guy Robert Moreno He’s the best always on time and very thorough when it comes to his job as far as the people I’ve never had problems with my neighbors outside of kid drama but all of that can be situated if you just keep your child or kids inside i’m normally a keep to myself type of Neighbor I’ll say hi but that’s just it when it comes to management the girls inside the office are pretty sweet and have always answered questions as best as they can.

Thank you to the staff here at Ridgeview for fixing the pool and the playground. Everyone is so nice. No if the people who live here would stop dropping trash and look after they kids it would be perfect here. God bless.

I’ve been living here for 2 years, the apartment it’s self is nice there are some old appliances that would be nice to get updated but then that would mean a raise in rent (smh) so I guess I’m good with my old stuff. Love the fact that we have our own washer and dryer, we’ve only had to get the dryer replaced once since we’ve been here. The outside is kept nice and updated too since new management has been in charge. People still don’t pick up after their dogs and sometimes they have them off the leash. The neighborhood kids are really the problem here, they’re like their own gang. They ding-dong ditch a lot and they also bang on doors, we’ve had our Amazon packages stolen and to later find our purchase all over the playground. Luckily we have amazing neighbors that help us by putting our packages in our balcony when we’re not home after that incident. They are also very rude and don’t bother to move when people are driving, they go into the pool area and make a mess. We’ve seen them go into a vacant apartment’s balcony and chill there like if it was theirs. Honestly we would move out of here without a doubt but it’s really hard to find another apartment or a house to live in at the moment.

So excited to make Ridgeview my new home! The grounds are well kept and the community is peaceful. What really sold me is the office staff. Gabby has been so kind and professional. She really took her time going over everything with me and I even had my application finalized within 2 days.
