The system was down (understandably it is not their fault) but I had to wait for 3 hrs for officers to tell everyone either come back later that day or the next day. When I had tried to ask further questions, they were both very rude and unhelpful. The kept repeating information that I had already knew and had told them I knew. All I wanted to know was what my other options were. I had made time out of my schedule to ensure I could be there, but they would not help me to make sure I want found as a failure to appear. I usually have the upmost respect for Law Enforcement and their fellow agencies but this very bad experience made me lose some of my faith in them.

They had a great judge in Small Claims as he listened to the litigants and they didn't lose paperwork, then they transferred him! Poor judge as he had to listen to so many liars as I uncovered more lies. I don't envy his job! Hopefully they have a good and patient judge.

Not sure what you are asking, but you'll have to see the clerks office for fee amounts.
Yes u can just go to the clerck window and ask for payment arrangements
Inside Southwest Justice Center. Drop off box on right when you first walk in.
Waiting
You would need to see the clerks office. The restraining orders are done through the downtown Riverside Court at 4100 Main Street.
You can go to the recorder's office which is off of canyon springs across from the Sam's club.
A very easy Google search... Hours of Operation The courthouse is open from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except court holidays.
Well, It all depends. It is certainly a really good idea to have all of your paperwork, with you, and in order. If it was a fix it ticket then you will definitely need the ticket with you. The backside of your copy of the citation is where the proof of correction is filled out.

You have to go on the day you are summoned.

I believe the courthouse in Moreno Valley is for traffic citations. Although there are other independent legal offices located in the same office building.
I would call the court house, but that sounds like a civil issue. You would need to look at civil court, not criminal court.
You should contact the court
You have to order a court date for that and ask. From downtown Riv

Not unless you want to. You can just plead guilty and accept payment plan or pay your fine in full.
That depends on what you're trying to get the extension for and whether or not they're actually going to honor it. Generally you get two that you can make online and beyond that it's anybody's guess whether or not they'll honor grant a third extension.
