The game may be on the big screen but you should be good. It may be busy but you should be able to get a table! Parking is on the street or the lot behind. If businesses are closed, you can park in the lot across the street.
Sprinbok is def a sports bar but not sure about the college crowd. Depends on the game I guess but I'd say is worth it. Great food, friendly staff and plenty of tv's to watch sports.
