Karthik was a very helpful and professional when it came down to my case. Multiple counts were brought down and reduced to a case dismissal in the Torrance courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles. Any and every question that I had was answered in a timely manner and was able to put me at ease regarding my case. Made me feel very comfortable and sure of my case which was able to be dismissed I can't say how happy and thankful I am to him and his colleague Leo for helping me out during this rough time ,would definitely recommend and consult again if needed.

Karthik Krishnan was my attorney for a case out of the Torrance courthouse. He was very easy to work with, listened to any and all concerns I had, and offered sound advice. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was available immediately whenever I had a concern throughout the whole process. Mr. Krishnan never spoke down to me during the process and he always considered and sought out my opinion on important matters relating to the case. He was knowledgeable about the court and hearing process, walking me through the entire proceedings step by step. Through his hard work, my case was completely dismissed by the DA office and we won the DMV hearing despite a less than beneficial blood test. I would recommend his service to anyone who asked and especially friends and family if they were ever in a similar legal problem.

Karthink was amazing. He guided me with the process and got my case dropped. Couldn’t ask for a better lawyer for my situation. Very thankful.

Attorney Karthik Krishnan is the best lawyer I could’ve asked for! He reached out very fast after I inquired with the law firm and from our very first conversation I know I had the right person to defend me for my case. He’s very honest and that was something I wanted and he made you feel that he had your back and had the best intentions to get you the best results for the case possible. Without him idk how I would have my dui cased reduced to a wet/ reckless and he saved my license as well! He has great relationships with the courts and he is a guy you want defending you with you case. He also is very professional and knows how to approach these cases the right way to get you the best result so if your in need of a lawyer please contact Karthik Krishnan you will not be disappointed! He made my day when he was able to help me with my case and i really appreciate him so much!

Shouse Law Group provides top-notch legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, DUI, immigration, employment law, and personal injury.
Our personal injury clients pay us nothing unless we win their case. For our other clients, including those facing criminal charges, we take a retainer up front. We also offer payment plans.
With multiple locations across the country, our powerhouse team of attorneys has a combined 100 years of courtroom experience.
Absolutely. We offer plans where clients pay the retainer on a monthly basis. And in personal injury cases, we take no money at all unless we win the case.
Yes. We never charge for the initial consultation. That is a time for you to tell us your story and for us to earn your trust.
It varies by county, but the punishment for a first-time DUI with no injury may include: - 3 to 5 years of informal probation, - Up to 6 months in jail (which is rare), - DUI School, - $1,500 - $2,000 in fines, - Up to 6-months of having an ignition interlock device (IID) in the driver’s car, and - A 6-month driver’s license suspension (but it may be possible to get a restricted license or an IID restricted license) DUI penalties increase with each successive conviction or when people get injured. But we may be able to get the charges reduced to reckless driving or possibly dismissed, depending on the case.
In California, the statute of limitations for most personal injury claims is two years after the injury occurred. But victims are advised to contact an attorney as soon as possible after the accident. It takes time to investigate and craft a case.
We contact our clients every time there is any movement in their cases. Meanwhile, our clients are welcome to call us at any time with any questions or concerns. Each client gets the direct phone number to his or her attorney and paralegal.
It varies by case. But it is always helpful if you write down everything you remember about the incident as soon as possible. Even small details may turn out to be vital in crafting a winning case for you. Also compile any documentary evidence you have relating to the incident, such as video, photographs, voicemails, text messages, emails, and the names of any eyewitnesses.
Our team of attorneys and investigators are available 365 days a year, ready to come to your aid. Contact us 24/7; we’ll typically respond within 5 min or less.
Yes. And if you wish to switch to Shouse Law Group, we will even contact your former law firm to “break up” with them so you do not have to.
Yes. In fact, you do not need any physical injuries at all to win a personal injury lawsuit. The at-fault parties could still be on the hook to pay for your property damage and pain and suffering.
Depending on the case, plaintiffs may be compensated for their medical expenses, lost wages and loss of future wages, pain and suffering, and property damage.
Yes. California follows a “pure comparative negligence standard.” This means plaintiffs may recover any portion of damages caused by the defendants. Even if you were primarily responsible, you may still get some amount of award, reduced by your own fault.
The vast majority of accident cases settle with a favorable resolution for our clients. But if necessary, our legal team is ready to take your case to trial and fight for the largest jury award possible.
Many doctors and chiropractors work on a medical lien basis. This means they take their payment from the personal injury settlement or judgment. This allows patients to receive medical services on credit.
