This location used to be great for DHL Express deliveries from Europe. Packages were always early by several early because of how fast their turnaround was. Packages were always in great shape too. My last 3 deliveries that have come through here however have been put on hold for days and then shipped to incorrect DHL facilities causing even more holds and delays. My packages arrive in poor shape now as well. Not sure what's changed here over the last month but I'm definitely going back to USPS/Fed Ex for my shipments after my last few experiences.

No prior notice of delivery of delayed package, then left with no attempt to contact me when the gate was closed! Now unable to contact them. Worried for safety of fragile package.

DHL is the worst delivery company out there. They make USPS look the best in business. Their drivers are incompetent, they lose packages or simply STEAL them and when they investigate they tell you, your address is wrong or missing digits. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

My daughter ordered a wig and it was shipped through DHL. We used the tracking information provided, and we were expecting her package to be delivered today by the end if the day (whenever that is). At around 4pm she contacted DHL to find out delivery time, and was informed that the package was handed to a THIRD PARTY delivery service. Upon contacting Neto Express Delivery, she was told delivery won't be until tomorrow before noon. Disgusting business practice, way to lie to customers, DHL.
